REMOVAL
1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH
2. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH
3. SEPARATE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH
4. REMOVE FRONT PILLAR GARNISH LH
5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH
6. REMOVE HOOD LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
7. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
8. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Twist the shift lever knob in the direction indicated by the arrow and remove it. |
9. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Disengage the 12 clips and remove the console panel.
10. REMOVE REAR UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Move the shift lever to N.
(b) Remove the clip.
(c) Disengage the 6 clips and remove the console panel.
(d) Disconnect the connector
11. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX POCKET
(a) Remove the rear console box pocket.
12. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX CARPET
(a) Remove the console box carpet.
13. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY
(a) Disconnect the connectors.

(b) Remove the 4 bolts and 2 screws. |
(c) Disengage the 6 claws and remove the rear console box.
14. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE BOX
(a) Disengage the 2 clamps.
(b) Remove the 2 clips.
(c) Remove the 5 screws and the front console box.
